17 years of Team Management

During my 27 years as executive I have been a team leader for more than 17 years, in 3 different institutions, including at CEO -1 level.

Accredited Team Coach

I am an accredited team coach, and hold an Individual Team Coaching Accreditation from EMCC.

Experienced business coach

Since 2018 I have successfully coached multiple entrepreneurs, C Suite members and middle management employees, through multiple team related issues.

Board level perspective

My past and present board level positions allowed me to gain an unique perspective ,from the highest level of a company/NGO, into how an organisation blends culture, strategy, operatioanl requirements with people and team constraints.
